Volunteers help coordinate liturgies and provide assistance to residents at Rockford Manor Nursing Home. Mass is celebrated on the second Tuesday of the Month at 10:30 am. Communion distributions are held on the remaining Tuesdays. Eucharist Ministers take Communion to the Nursing Home residents after the Sunday 8:00 am Mass.
